As a safe dust collector aimed to prevent explosion by collecting explosive dust safety, this product is designed to minimize explosion damage.
APPLICATION
Useful in industrial processes which produce explosive dust.
Aluminum dust, Magnesium dust, Titanium dust, Corn starch dust, Epoxy resin dust, Pulverized coal dust, Other explosive dust, etc.
FEATURES
- Designed to collect explosive dust in a stable manner to prevent and minimize explosion.
- Prevents electrical sparks and dust from entering, using a closed explosion-proof electronic box.
- Prevents damage spreading with a check valve by keeping blast waves from flowing into the duct when there is explosion in the dust collector.
- Prevents static electricity, using an aluminum-coated antistatic filter.
- Minimizes damages and prevents their spreading by inducing explosion energy with a pressure diffusion hole.
- Avoids sparks with an explosion-proof motor and prevents explosion resulting from combustible gas, dust or vapor ignition. (Customized according to the explosion-proof class of the installation site)
- Cleans a filter by spraying high-pressure air through an air pulse system and maximizes filtering efficiency.
- Ensures powerful suction, using a high-efficiency turbo fan.
- Great space utilization in compact design; easy to move with wheels (indoor types).
- Stops the operation automatically when needed to check or change a filter and notifies a warning by buzzer.
- Easy maintenance with consumable parts at the front of the product.
- Keeps dust collection highly efficient through automatic filter cleaning (by air pulse system) after operation.
- Able to handle the dust collected in a dust box in a safe and convenient manner without secondary contamination.
