BAG FILTER DUST COLLECTOR SYSTEM

This product is effective in collecting particles as well as various forms of dust, using several cylindrical bag filters. With a low pressure loss pace, it is good in handling highly concentrated dust.

TYPES OF FILTER CLOTHS USED IN BAG HOUSE

A bag filter uses more than 10 different filter clothes. Since they have different properties by material, it is needed to select a filter cloth according to purposes in consideration of dust temperature/nature, treatment pressure, chemical resistance and moisture retention to maximize filtering efficiency.

POLYESTER
As the most common fiber, polyester has chemical resistance and high thermal resistance (150-170℃). It is required to be alert to hydrolysis and alkali gases in hot and humid environments.

POLYPROPYLENE
With great chemical resistance against acid and alkali, polypropylene has been widely used across chemical industry. This substance is applicable at certain temperature only (90-100℃). However, it is not good for aromatic hydrocarbon.

ACRYLIC
Acrylic is resistant to high temperature and acid but not hydrolysable.

HEAT-RESISTANT NYLON
내열성과 내산성이 우수하나, 고습도와 알칼리 가스에 약한 단점이 있습니다.

POLYIMIDE
It is highly resistant to heat and acid but vulnerable to high humidity and alkali gases.

PPS
Despite great chemical resistance, this substance is vulnerable to an oxidizing agent and bromine.

GLASS
Despite great heat resistance, it is required to set filtering velocity to 1m/min or less.

PTFE
It is effective in removing dust with the best heat and chemical resistances.

PTFE/GLASS
As a PTFE fiber with 15% glass, it is effective in removing cake with great heat and chemical resistances.
